Soroptimists love to attend events and conferences. These events bring together Soroptimists from the 5 Federations providing opportunities to network and collaborate on projects. Conventions provide opportunities to learn about existing and emerging issue affecting women and girls, attend workshops and listen to key note speakers, all opportunities to expand the professional and personal development of Soroptimist.
In the Soroptimist calendar, there are Federation conferences every two years, an international convention every 4 years and the wonderful celebration of welcoming new members to the Soroptimist movement every time a new Club Charters. Clubs also hold frequent events which raise funds or promote awareness advocacy. Webinars are also regularly hosted on a variety of topics

Soroptimist International South East Asia Pacific regularly presents live interactive presentations. These webinars cover a range of topics. Webinars on the projects which we deliver. The value of membership as well as self-training webinars on how to use Google Drive, navigate the website and use the Programme reporting database.
Conferences
SISEAP Conference of Clubs 2026
Soroptimist International South East Asia Pacific are excited to announce that registration is now open for the SISEAP CofC 26. The conference will be held in beautiful exotic Kota Kinabalu from the 1st May - 3rd of May.

SIGBI Conference 2025
Soroptimist International Great Britain and Ireland (SIGBI) Ltd is delighted to announce that it is now time to register for the 91st Federation Conference, 31 October – 2 November 2025 in Birmingham at the Birmingham Conference & Events Centre (BCEC at the Holiday Inn), Hill St, Birmingham B5 4EW, UK.
The deadline for registrations is 12th October 2025.
Soroptimist International Prague 2027
Soroptimist International (SI) is excited to announce that the 2027 Soroptimist International Convention will be held in the stunning city of Prague, in the Czech Republic. Hosted by Soroptimist International Europe (SIE), this highly anticipated event will bring together Soroptimists from around the world to re-connect, collaborate, and advance our global mission of achieving human rights and gender equality for all women and girls.
The Convention will take place from 30 September to 2 October 2027.

Attending a charter celebration is a truly fantastic experience. It’s an opportunity to connect with Soroptimists, from charter members who laid the groundwork, to our newest members carrying the torch forward.
These events shine a light on the collective achievements of past and present members who have dedicated themselves to our mission: educating, empowering, and enabling women and girls in their local communities and beyond.
