Three Questions to Turn Inspiration into Action
- What could we stop doing, start doing or do differently to make our club more attractive and accessible to current and future members?
- What is one idea we have heard today that could strengthen our club’s meetings, member engagement, fundraising or program work — and what would it take to trial it within the next three months?
- If we designed our club from scratch today, knowing what we now know about our members, our community and technology, what would we keep, what would we change, and what is the first step we can take?
Ask several members to watch the forum together and choose one of the above questions to discuss. Take your findings to a club meeting.
